Im not sure if the little minimart is hotel staff but they are the only ones I dont find too kind, they shouted at my son for looking at the price of a teddy near the window (which I told him to do, so I didnt buy the teddy!!) Lots of food that complimented eachother. The resort is huge and a lot to do. The older kids areas looked great with games machines, pool and consoles etc. You can purchase bottles of wine that aren't part of the all inclusive plan but these are quite pricey - we found the house red wine to be a very good 'all inclusive' one, a tempranillo.
